Photographs shot while traveling across America in 2016. The images shot were based upon their the gravity of their aesthetic and visual intensity and their capacity to provoke and illicit a variety of responses. Some of the images are beautiful. Others represent an end of a way of life, others the maintenance of a fertile and vibrant history that still thrives. The images show America in a state of transition that it did not imagine or expect but has to deal with its reality nonetheless. Yet there are many beautiful moments that mark the transition of things over a life time of living. This too is where the beauty of life can be found.
